Welcome to the RISE Project at the New Ballagh Centre
The New Ballagh Centre is a community centre in Rossinver, Co Leitrim, Ireland. The RISE Project is a Community Services Project (CSP) based at the Ballagh Centre which promotes the mental and physical health of older people through its Good Morning Phone line Service, befriending and co-ordination of four active age groups in North Leitrim.
The Ballagh Centre hosts the Back To Education Inititative in Rossinver in partnership with Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim ETB, as well as providing a space for community activities.
The New Ballagh Centre hosts a variety of different courses, e.g. conversational Irish, Computer classes (all levels), Health & Child Care classes, as well as Art and Crochet classes. For more information on our current schedule follow us on facebook or please contact the centre directly.
